As creatives, we are always seeking new ways to fund our work and reach a wider audience. The Mobo Trust, and Help Musicians have extended their partnership to continue their work providing support towards the development of musicians. This comes at a time where upcoming artists are still finding their feet after the impact of the pandemic, and the support will be a great resource for those that aspire to get their craft back on track.

The scheme allows musicians to apply for a grant to develop their creative practice through building a portfolio, purchasing relevant resources, and content creation. The Mobo Awards have been supporting the music scene for years, and with many poets now fusing their spoken word with music, this is the perfect time for wordsmiths to capitalise on this exclusive funding opportunity. The Mobo Trust has partnered with Help Musicians, a UK based charity offering support to emerging, established, and retired musicians, to create a fund that can kick start the careers of the amazing talent we have here in the UK.
