Did Someone Say Wordplay & Flow Are Going Live?

It has nearly been a year since we launched our Wordplay & Flow digital platform during the height of the pandemic and much uncertainty. Yet this didn’t stop us from producing the amazing content over the last nine months from our Flow Feature series to our weekly articles covering poetry, arts, and culture that have built us a loyal audience.

Now we would like to introduce our audience to Wordplay & Flow Live. Our new event that will be held monthly at our resident space in the heart of North West London, The Hearth. After hosting intimate events last year gave us an idea of how we can make our live shows entertaining whilst prioritising the well being of our guests, we’ve now made the move to run regular events that won’t compromise on quality or safety.

Hosted by poets Tannika Taylor and Prestige Karlla, the monthly event will have an open mic line-up that will be topped off with a brilliant headliner before we network over drinks and chilled music. It doesn’t stop there though. Over the last several months we have covered different areas of underground art and culture forms that we plan to bring to the forefront of our stage. We’ll be hosting exclusive events outside of our monthly open mic nights to showcase the brilliant creatives and artists we explore across the board. Be sure to follow us across socials to stay up to date with what’s next.

Our first Wordplay & Flow Live show will be on the 17th February headlined by our 2021 Flow Feature Ley Speaks. With an on-site bar and music to get the networking and inspiration flowing, we would love to see those who supported us up to this point in person. Get your tickets now below:

We must say a big thank you to Arts Council England and the National Lottery Fund that invested in us during a time where the arts and culture sector was suffering the most. All the support we have received over the last several months is exactly why we are able to do what we do and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for 2022.
